KingDee-X: Hey wassup it’s your main nigga, chick stealer KingDee-X okay okay okay
Emily: What’s kinda music do you do ?
KingDee-X: My sound is trap music tho I’m entering afro trap
Emily: So when did you started creating trap music?
KingDee-X: At the age of 15 and i’ve been doing it for two years now.
Emily: What made you do trap music, whats your take on trap music?
KingDee-X: I chose trap coz of the vibe it gives me when I’m listening to trap i get lost in it’s sauce.
Emily: Wow! So what drew you to the music industry?
KingDee-X: Alot of things drew me, the vibe, the energy and most importantly the happiness it generates.
Emily: WOW! Who are you inspired by?
KingDee-X: Haha I’m inspired basically by almost everything I see that strives out to phase through every obstacle and come out victorious in flying colors.
Emily: AWESOME!!! Please explain your creative process ?
KingDee-X: My creative process hmm… On my daily activities I create and compose in my head it doesn’t stay for long so in the night time I calm down and re-arrange it all, by adding more punchlines and subtracting lines that don’t flow well, with some rhythm Which turns into music.
Emily: What’s an average day like for you?
KingDee-X: An average day for me well it’s like a day without listening to trap music
Emily: Is there a hidden meaning in any of your music?
KingDee-X: Yeah all my songs have true meaning and messages they pass, can’t write something down that has no direction. So there are messages & i give my listeners a task to figure them out.
Emily: Do you collaborate with others? What is that process?
KingDee-X: Yeah I do, we gotta blend with other genre to get a larger fan base, so I do collaborations.
Emily: Alright. Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans
KingDee-X: I interact with errbody plainly I’m not a snub & I don’t feel my self at all. I’m a humble kinda nigga so I respond to them on a plain ground giving em cause to watch out for more
Emily: What is your favorite part about this line of work? Your least favorite?
KingDee-X: My favorite part is the happiness I get when I do it
Emily: Cool, have you ever dealt with performance anxiety?
KingDee-X: Oh yes! Hahaa
Emily: Which artiste do you admire?
KingDee-X: hmm…Let me just say the Migos
Emily: So what advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?
KingDee-X: Lil homie my best advice for you is to do what you do best don’t force yourself to impress everyone, have God by your side, always have a drive to do what you love doing. put in all you got and leave the rest for God to perfect.
